We use Packet Tracked mail from Deutsche post. For Express Shipping we use DHL.
Transport cost is free in orders reaching a minimum value. This conditions may change depending on the country. Check transport cost for your country inside your order before payment.
We will give the order to the courier before 24h from the moment the payment is confirmed. It can take up to 2 days in Spain. In the rest of the world, it will depend on the country and place, around 4-15 days. You can choose Express Shipping to have it in 2-3 days worldwide. We are not responsible for the possible delays caused by transport agent, but it will happen very rarely.

The customer can refuse this alternatives and Aran Jewels will be obliged to pay back the amount to the customer.
Aran Jewels delivers its creations through courier service. We will provide to them the purchased products not after 72h from the moment the payment is confirmed. The delay of the delivery will depend on the part of the world where it has to be sent.In case of any delay, Aran Jewels will inform the customer. The product is considered as already supplied from the moment the courier delivers it to the customer.
The customer has to check if the products are in good conditions, and if necessary, advice Aran Jewels about any problem. The customer can contact La Ratolia who will try to find a satisfactory solution for its interest. In case of returned goods because of damaged product or mistake on the delivery, all transport costs will be paid by Aran Jewels. The return of goods will be accepted only if the products has not been used and will be in same conditions as provided. The customer will advice of any problem preferably at info@aranjewels.com . Returns
The customer has 15 days to cancel the contract without explaining any reason, from the date of reception of the products. Before executing the right of cancelation, Aran Jewels can contact the customer to analyze the reasons and suggest other solutions to satisfy the customer. In any case, the return of product will only be accepted when the product is in the same state as delivered and with original packaging. When the returned products will be received by Aran Jewels, we will proceed to reimburse the total amount, before 30 days.The cost of the return, such as transport costs, will be in charge of the customer and deducted from the reimburse amount.
The Client has a period of 15 days to cancel the contract without having to indicate the reasons. The term will be calculated from the day of reception of the product. Before exercising the right of withdrawal Aran Jewels will be able to assist you to analyze the reasons and propose solutions that can satisfy the Client's interest. In any case, the returns of products will only be accepted if they are in perfect condition and with their original packaging. Once the products have been received, Aran Jewels will proceed to refund the amount paid by the Customer, within a period of no more than 30 days, discounting only the expenses derived from the return of the order.
